Everybody looks fab in their pink, all for a great cause. Parents and children were tickled pink at the school gates this morning when Brendan dazzled the crowd!!!

A night out with Frankly Buble

The Parent’s Association are hosting a night with ‘Frankly Buble’ in aid of our new school buildings fund. This event is taking place on the 4th of April 2014 in the Bracken Court Hotel. Doors open at 8pm. Tickets are priced at €10 for one or €15 for two.  Tickets will be on sale over the coming weeks from any of the parent association representatives. This fantastic show will be followed by a DJ so organise the babysitters. This is sure to be a great night so we would greatly appreciate if you would come out and show your support.

 

First Confessions     

We would like to wish all our second class pupils the best of luck upon celebrating their first confessions on Thursday the 6th and Friday the 7th of March. We would like to thank all the teachers involved for helping the children prepare for this sacrament.

 

New School Building

It is great to see the new school buildings coming along at such a great pace. Let’s hope it continues this way and we have our budding students in their new classrooms very soon.

 

Wedding Bells and New Arrivals 

We would like to extend our congratulations to Mrs Anderson on the birth of her baby boy and Mrs.Cummins on the birth of her baby girl. Also congratulations to Mrs Cleary (Ms. Quinn) on her recent wedding nuptials.

 

Staff Gate

Using the staff gate as an entry and exit point to the school has been brought to our attention by parents. We would like to advise all parents/guardians that this matter has been addressed and looked into. Unfortunately for Health & Safety reasons the staff gate cannot be used to enter or exit the school.

 

 

We would like to wish all our students, staff and parents a Happy Valentine’s Day. Let’s hope there will be a lot love, hugs and kisses flowing on the day. Enjoy the mid-term break!!!!
